Most of us have entered this product journey like Alice: down the rabbit hole. We spent a lot of time circling this unknown land not knowing exactly where to go and what to do, and even worse, chasing white rabbits without even knowing where they were going.
The purpose of this journey is to help you think and create really extraordinary products, and like Alice, find the fantastic in our daily lives. If you are really willing to let go of old habits, new horizons will open up before you.
The Product Manager career can be a journey of great joy and great frustration. The reality is that we have very little control over what happens around us, but we can guide our way of seeing and dealing with these events.
I have been working with technology and product for 12 years. During that time I founded two companies, went through several startups, large and small, some with very relevant spaces in the market such as dr.consulta, Rappi and Nubank. I helped build and organize the first product community in Brazil for a few years and I had the privilege of meeting many amazing people from all over the world.
In this mentorship we will talk about the hardest side of being a product person and how we can act to improve our performance as PMs and bring more value to customers and results for the company. We will also address some topics considered basic, but in depth. We will look at the following points:
